Vodafone India is the second largest mobile network operator in India which is headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Vodafone itself has millions of customer base. Recently, Vodafone has been awarded with a 4G development contract which is worth Rs. 2,040 Crore to the Swedish gear maker Ericsson for Rajasthan, Odisha, north East & much more, as we all know Vodafone India had already launched the 4G services across all the 17 circles.
Vodafone India – Awarded With The Development Contract
The development of the 4G LTE network is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2017. Under this contract, the Ericsson is also deploying its full radio system portfolio that also offers 50% of improved energy efficiency.
The 4G services have become very common in India & now, every telecom company wants to provide the services at the lower costs. In fact, Vodafone India has also announced his Super Net 4G services in Goa & Chennai as well.
Vodafone India is expanding its network & also expanding his capabilities to counter their bigger competitors Bharti Airtel & also the 4G Reliance Jio, which is currently intake by the Aditya Birla Group-owned India Cellular.
This is not the first time that Vodafone India has been awarded with the company likewise, Vodafone has also been awarded with the multi-year managed services contract, which is worth Rs. 1,420 Crore & which is covering several telecom circles.
Earlier, Vodafone India had already launched the 4G services across all the 17 circles & now, the Vodafone is rapidly expanding its 4G footprints within these circles at a greater extent.
The company which started its services in 2007 now has its operations across the country which normally serves more than 200 millions of customers & Vodafone is extremely enhancing & expanding its operations & services for 4G all over the country with the impeccable capabilities.
