A 5-year-old Mississippi boy named TyLon Pittman was completely aware of the fact that he was not able to stop Grinch all by himself so he called the authority to 911 in order to report that he wants to save the Christmas from the Grinch and he did not want the Grinch to steal his Christmas.
TyLon Pittman recalled his Saturday convesation with the 911 oprator, Tylon’s family was unaware of it. He said, “911 said, ‘911,’ and guess what happened?”
After listing Tylon the Byram (Miss.) Police Officer Lauren Develle ensured Tylon that his Christmas was 100% safe.
She said, “Our dispatcher posted a status on Facebook that she had received a call from a little boy … and he told her he thought the Grinch was going to be coming to steal his Christmas.” She added, “I asked her to send me his address.”
The family went confused when someone knocked the door late Saturday night and they found flashlight outside the home.
When they opened the door, Develle was there who grew up loving the kids loving How the Grinch Stole Christmas movie and more than once has been copared th character Cindy Lou Who in her life.
She said, “I kind of find it really funny. … Every Christmas morning, my dad wears these Grinch pants.” Develle continued, “It’s his favorite movie. Growing up seeing the Grinch every Christmas was my favorite thing.”
TeDera Dwayne Graves, TyLon’s brother who is in the Air Force is at home for the very first time in four years for the holidays and he caught the loving and funny interaction video. TeDera shared that video on his Facebook in order to enjoy the funny inrecrtion between his brother and Develle with family and friends.
He captioned the video: “I can NOT make this up!!!” He wrote, “My 5-year-old brother called the police and said that the Grinch is stealing people’s Christmas and he don’t want him to steal his, so they really came to our house!”
