Film producer Kathryn Moseley has closely examined the Tuesday report of The Hollywood Reporter about Andy Dick and the sexual harassment or assault allegations. According to THP‘s Tuesday report, at least four members of the production have been harassed by Dick on the Arizona set of Raising Buchanan in mid-October.

The reason behind Moseley examined the news is something happened with her movie just days later, she claimed.

“As soon as I started to hear the stories on set, we ordered an investigation because I realized the magnitude of his actions,” Moseley said by adding that production has been staffed around 70% women. “There’s a tectonic shift happening in Hollywood around this subject matter. For me, it’s important to draw a line and say that this is not OK for anyone. As a production company, we support everyone on set and we want to provide a good, positive work environment.”

Moseley said, “It’s a great story and a lot of fun.” Moseley added, “Everybody had a fantastic time except for this one very regrettable incident.”

The long well-documented list of incidents has been associated with Dick. However, he confessed to the publication on Tuesday during a phone interview regarding Raising Buchanan — in the wake of many sexual harassment scandals, these are different times. He said, “I don’t grope people anymore. I don’t expose myself anymore.” He added,  “I do understand that the temperature in the world right now is delicate.”

When questioned about his sobriety, he told The Hollywood Reporter, “I overtook my medication and took too many Xanax and I was a bit loopy [on set]. That didn’t make me rape people. I really don’t get it. I’m always trying to be funny and trying to get a date. … There were beautiful women and beautiful guys on the set. I flirt with them. I might kiss someone on the set and ask them to go to dinner. They are the ones that took it south.”

The statement continued: “I won’t do it anymore. I won’t lick anyone’s face anymore. We have an agreement.”
