Apple iPhone 7

As we all know that the previously launched iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus posses a better hardware and a better camera with much more detailed functioning, but many of the Apple fans are backing out in investing a huge amount just for the camera. The iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus was launched along with iPhone X.

Apple’s iPhone 7 was the most selling smartphone in Q3 2017 with a figure of 13.0 million units of shipment. The iPhone 6s stood second on the list with a figure 7.9 million shipments. Samsung’s Galaxy J2 Prime was in the third rank with 7.8 million of shipment, while Oppo took fourth and fifth place with A57 and R11 with a shipment of 7.8 million and 7.2 million units respectively. The iPhone 8 didn’t take a place in top 5 while the company was expecting it to be on high buzz on the market.

Canalys reported that the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus collectively took a number of 11.8 million which is around 1.2 million away from the iPhone 7. Also among the both iPhone 8 Plus was the most selling one. With a big screen display and dual camera, it was successful to outsell the standard version.

Newly launched iPhone 8 had a shipment of 5.4 million while the iPhone 8 had a shipment of 6.3 million. Canalys also reported that the shipment of Apple’s older models like iPhone 6s and SE took a huge bounce in the third quarter. No doubt, that Apple took a huge bounce in its shipment over the third quarter but that is due to an increase in the sale of its older and cheaper models like iPhone 6S, SE, iPhone 6 and others.
