Actress Blake Lively took her Instagram and shared about her 61-pound weight loss after her second pregnancy. She posted a photo of herself and her personal trainer Don Saladino.
She captioned the image: “Turns out you can’t lose the 61 lbs you gained during pregnancy by just scrolling through instragram and wondering why you don’t look like all the bikini models.” She continued, “Thanks @donsaladino for kickin my A double S into shape. 10 months to gain, 14 months to lose. Feeling very proud.”
Blake gave birth to her second daughter named Ines Reynolds on September 30, 2016, slightly less than two years before that, Blake welcomed her first child into the world — her first daughter James Reynolds.
She confessed that the actress had to re-learn to love her body following her pregnancy for the second time.
The actress told E! News in February last year, “It’s all a process. You know after the second kid it’s really different.” She went on to say, “So this is not my normal body, but I like it.”
The actress continued, “I’m learning to love my body in every iteration, and I think that’s hard for women, and so I learned a lot.”
Blake is working out really hard, she has a busy schedule as she has been busy on the set of her upcoming movie The Rhythm Section which is scheduled to hit the theatres on February 22 next year. The British-American action thriller film is directed by Reed Morano and penned down by Mark Burnell, the film is an adaptation of thriller novel series by Mark Burnell which revolves around (Blake) whose family dies in a plane crash and she seeks revenge.
Blake also went through a proper transformation for her character that she even looking completely unrecognizable in the pictures from the set.
After Blake suffered a hand injury during filming, the production was recently halted. But, according to the Instagram pictures the star posted today, it seems that she had finally removed her cast.
