Due to CJI TS Thakur Health Issue Supreme Court adjourns BCCI hearing till December 9 : The Problems for Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) increases Day by Day and the Main Reason is Lodha Committee. After So Much Complaint Against BCCI Related to Match Fixing, Supreme Court Made a Committee which is Headed by RM Lodha, the former chief justice of the Supreme Court. After That Lodha Committee Interfering in Each and Every Activity of BCCI which also Causes lots of Troubles for the Board. Recently When England Came in India for Tour, BCCI Requests England to Bear all the Expenses for their Team because BCCI had Lack of Funds.
Now Today was the Hearing for BCCI regarding Lodha Panel’s third status report in Supreme Court But Due to the Health Issues of Cheif Justice of India TS Thakur Supreme Court Adjourns BCCI Hearing till December 9, 2016.

Lodha Committee Submitted a Penal Report on November 21 in Supreme Court, Which stated that office-bearers of Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and state units do not meet the committee’s eligibility criteria and should be disqualified. And Also Recommended Union home secretary, GK Pillai, be appointed as an observer.
BCCI Again oppose all three state units to key reforms suggested by the committee.
- The Age Cap of 70 for Officials
- Cooling-off Period of Three years between terms for officials
- The one-state-one-vote rule
Now, The Days are Not Good For BCCI, It May Had No Other Choice in this BCCI Have to Follow the Lodha Committee Recommendation.
