On the 10th anniversary of Apple, the company launched three smartphones collectively which made it turn into the largest smartphone maker in the fourth quarter with the increased figure of shipment.
It has been a week since Apple’s iPhone X started coming in hands of Apple fans. Here the rumors for Apple’s 2018 launch started when KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo gave some predictions about the next iPhones. Kuo’s research note was reported by MacRumors. The research note states that the company will launch two smartphones next year one will have a 6.1-inch LCD display and another one will have 6.5-inch OLED display. Both will feature a full-screen display along with the features similar to the current iPhone X.
Also, the 6.1-inch variant will serve as the successor of the current of iPhone X while the 6.5-inch variant will come as a Plus variant. If the same happens with the Apple’s 2018 launch then the 6.1-inch iPhone will stand in between the 5.8-inch current iPhone X and the 6.5-inch Plus variant of upcoming iPhone.
Kuo is one of the famous analysts whose prediction about Apple rarely goes fail. He predicts that the 6.1-inch iPhone will cost $649 and the 6.5-inch iPhone will cost $749. If this happens then Apple can lead to a good sale of its upcoming full-screen smartphones.
These price table will also lead to an unparallel graph of iPhone prices as it will be much cheaper than the current iPhone 8 whose cost starts from $699 and iPhone 8 Plus which costs $799 for a basic variant.
The 6.5-inch full-display smartphone will be launched as an upgraded version of iPhone X just like iPhone X Plus. Apple always tends to put innovative ideas in its products and tries to make it as the need of the user and just like that Apple launched its iPhone X with Face ID, better camera and will now be clinching the market with bigger screen and these amazing software & hardware upgrades.
