Ivana Trump does not seem quite on the tension between her and First Lady Melania Trump, she opened up and said she is a “first lady Trump.”

Ivana said on ‘The Wendy Williams Show’ aired on Friday, “Well, I tell you, I am technically ‘first lady Trump.’ I was (the) first wife.”

Ivana says she Melania is "first lady of America, but I’m first lady Trump"

“I don’t know what is Melania’s problem, she just has to get over it. She’s first lady of America, but I’m first lady Trump,” Ivana told Williams.

A spokesperson for First Lady Melania Trump, Stephanie Grisham released a biting statement to CNN after Ivana comments while promoting her latest book named “Raising Trump” on ‘Good Morning America.’

During an interview with ABC, Ivana said, “I have the direct number to White House but I don’t really want to call him there because Melania is there and I don’t want to cause any kind of jealousy or something like that because I’m basically first Trump wife, okay? I’m first lady, okay?”

In response, Grisham released statements reads: “Mrs. (Melania) Trump has made the White House a home for Barron and the President.”

The statement continued: “She loves living in Washington, DC, and is honored by her role as first lady of the United States. She plans to use her title and role to help children, not sell books. There is clearly no substance to this statement from an ex, this is unfortunately only attention-seeking and self-serving noise.”

During a recent interview with the Fox News, Ivana Trump cleared that she does not have any desire to live in White House. When she asked about if she wished to on Melania’s position, she replied with a laugh, “Not at all….Washington, it’s [a] tough town.”

When Ivana received appreciation and good-word-of-mouth for the liberty in her life, she said, “I’m glad Melania is there, and I’m here.”
