Joanna Kulig Will Appear In Netflix’s Musical Drama, The Eddy

Joanna Kulig recently appeared in Cold War a Pawel Pawlikowski’s drama also nominated for Oscar and now she is going to play the role of Maja.

According to the latest reports, Cold War leading lady Joanna Kuling is joining the cast of The Eddy.  The show is a musical drama television series created by Damien Chazelle and written by Jack Throne. Joanna Kulig recently appeared in Cold War a Pawel Pawlikowski’s drama also nominated for Oscar and now she is going to play the role of Maja, who is a singer and also has a drinking problem, she opposed committing her partner again and again. Elliot is a partner of Maja but none of her other choices seems great.

Maja has gathered everyone’s attention when she sings otherwise she’s adrift, and every direction of the road looks like a dead end. Netflix musical drama The Eddy sets in Paris. The series gets an initial of eight episodes which revolve around a French club owner who deals with the everyday chaos of running a live music venue in the heart of Paris. It is to be said that the role of Joanna Kuling as Maja is going to be very interesting in the musical drama. The show will stream on Netflix soon.

Alongside Joanna, Kuling is also casting in the much-anticipated web series Hanna of Amazon Prime. Hanna is an action drama web series, based on 2011 film of the same name on Amazon prime video. Joanna Kulig is appearing in the show as Hanna’s mother Johanna. She also joins previously announced lead Andre Holland, Holland is portraying the character of Elliot Udo, who is a celebrated Jazz pianist in the New York City, after failing of Jazz club he shifted to Paris for to hide from everyone. The show consists of a total of eight-episode series the first two episodes of the show is directed by Chazelle and written by Jack Thorne. The series will be dubbed in many languages including French, English, and Arabic.
