Kim Kardashian, star of Keeping Up With The Kardashians is supporting New Zealand after listening to the news of the mass shooting in the Christchurch. A lot of people have died and 20 injured at two mosques. New Zealand immediately shifted the gun laws and Kim is praising them to take such swift actions.
“Just 24 hours after the Christchurch shooting New Zealand bans semiautomatic guns!” she wrote in response to a tweet about comments New Zealand Attorney General David Parker reportedly made at a rally. “America take note! Why can’t our elected officials put public safety over gun manufacturers’ profits?!?!” Parker said at an Auckland rally the government would ban semi-automatic weapons. Currently, the sale of semi-automatic guns is not restricted in New Zealand.
Jacinda Ardern has announced that the country’s gun laws will be reformed and a ban will be imposed on the semi-automatic weapons. “I can tell you one thing right now. Our gun laws will change,” she said during the news conference, according to CNN.
