Mi Note 4 speakers go inactive after updating it with MIUI9

Is MIUI9 affecting the hardware of the smartphones? Here is one case we have seen till now.

Today Mi launched its new software update for its most selling smartphone “Note 4”. The device is well known for its amazing performance and camera quality. Today a Mi Note 4 user from New Delhi, India reported us with an unknown error he faced after updating the software with the latest MIUI9.

Earlier the device was working perfect and after making it upgraded with MIUI9 the device left its speaker inactive. The call speaker and the base speakers both turned inactive after updating the software. The consumer tried to reboot and reinstall the software update the issue didn’t fix.

The consumer reported us with a message saying “It’s an unusual happening with my Mi Note 4. I have updated my device with MIUI9 and the speakers turned inactive.” We have checked the device and it was generously found with inactive speakers.

“Besides speaker problem It was a good experience with MIUI9, the device is now improved in performance but the speakers are inactive” he added.

The device is black in color and was purchased in early March 2017. This proves that the device is still in its warranty period.

The consumer will report the device to the service station tomorrow and will be taking an answer for this unusual happening with the device.
