It is time when music, dance, and weed is going to meet each other. For the first time in history, the Outside Land Music and Arts Festival is going to have marijuana as a product. The three-day event is going to happen in California, where people will be able to consume cannabis. People can also buy pre-rolled joints from the stalls. It is going to be a test program after which the organizers will be able to sell weed in the other events.
California state has passed a bill according to which people can buy and consume marijuana at the same place of the festival. There are some rules to smoke cannabis openly, i.e., the consumer should be above 21, and all the products will be available on different stalls inside the event ground.
You can not eat and smoke weed inside the selling area, as the consumers can use the products inside the Grass Lands area of the event ground. The 2018 Grass Land did not allow smoking anything. The Outside Land Music and Arts Fest is going to start on 9 August 2019. It is a three-day event, and stars like Kacey Musgraves, Childish Gambino, Lil Wayne, Blink-182, and others are going to perform at the event. “I think Outside Lands is unique in that it’s a large outdoor music festival in the park—not typically where cannabis events have been licensed.” Alex Traverso said in a statement.
Traverso is representative of the Bureau of Cannabis Control. The use of cannabis came into action after a long fight; weed is legal in 33 states of the US including Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Alaska, Oregon, Vermont, Colorado, Maine, Massachusetts, Washington, Illinois, Michigan, Nevada, California, and Washington. Celebrities like Snoop Dogg, Wiz Khalifa, and Post Malone have their own cannabis company.
