In most of the cases, it has been seen that the apps can send the precise locations along with other valuable information that is identifiable at all the times constantly and it is often with the little to no mention in the location data. This is seen that it will be shared with some third-parties, as per researchers of GuradianApp Project.

According to one  of the researchers , Will Strafach, he said that the people can able to use the app as they wish on  their phone without getting any kind of fear as they grant the access to have the sensitive data that may mean that the data will now be quietly sent off to some types of entity whom they don’t even know.

With the help of using the tools in order to monitor the network traffic, the researchers have able to found about 24 popular iPhone apps that are now collecting the location data. This is Bluetooth beacons to all Wi-Fi networks that can know where the person is visiting or is present.

Some of the firms that collect the data are YouMail, The Coupons app, Trinity, Weather live, Roadtrippers, GasBuddy and many more.  The monetization firms also collect the data from the battery charge status, accelerometer as well as cell network names.
